Internship - Junior Project Manager | Spanish & English

Adam is a rapidly growing Czech startup revolutionizing the home improvement industry. We believe that finding a skilled tradesperson should be as easy as ordering a pizza. We have secured over €4M in funding from top-tier investors, including Brighteye Ventures, Presto Ventures, and Markus Villig, the founder of Bolt. During our three-month summer internship from June 17 to September 12, 2025 in Madrid, you will become an integral part of our project team, which oversees and ensures smooth operations in more than 11 countries worldwide. Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting the project team in developing and executing new strategies

• Helping ensure daily operations run smoothly in selected cities across multiple countries

• Scaling and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and growth

• Collaborating with tradespeople in various regions, onboarding, and training them

• Ensuring top-tier service quality – our customers always come first

• Innovating workflows and improving processes to enhance productivity

• Working on international projects and communicating with teams across different markets

  
  

We are looking for students who:

• Will have completed at least their first year of university by the summer (with opportunities for later-year students to prove themselves and transition to full-time roles)

• Have C2 (native) level of Spanish

• Have excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

• Possess outstanding communication skills and are not afraid to negotiate

• Think logically, structure their ideas well, and can present them effectively

• Are not intimidated by challenges and can handle high-pressure situations

• Are eager to learn and interested in the startup environment
