We started with interior painting and in the last two years have already expanded to more than 15 countries. Fueled with fresh investment, we plan to reach new countries and add other professions, in order to build the next European unicorn.
We are looking for an analytical and solution driven superstar to join our Prague based team and help us expand one of our teams onto the German market. You will have the opportunity to manage a business from A to Z by gaining experience in different departments. From marketing to recruitment, legal, or business operations and development, you will be responsible for our daily operations and expansion across the whole German market. Your work will include:
Launching the product of renovations in Germany
Supporting all of Adam’s business operations
Helping us scale - we need to adapt and quickly process a continuously growing number of orders
Developing & executing expansion strategies
Onboarding new partners & figuring out their logistical organization
Ensuring good quality - we always want our customers to be happy
We are looking for:
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience from Graduation (we accept applications from fresh graduates too)
Excellent written and spoken German and English (Full Professional Proficiency). Other languages are an advantage but not a must
Great communication skills
Data-driven and analytical mindset
A problem-solver, who doesn’t stop after 20 obstacles a day
