Adam digitizes the painting industry!

Adam is a rapidly growing Czech startup digitizing the crafts industry. Our goal is to create a Czech unicorn, provide customers with quality craftsmen with just a few clicks, and support local craftsmen in their businesses. And we're on the right track! We've expanded to over 11 countries, received investment from the prestigious domestic fund Presto Ventures and Bolt CEO Markus Villig. This year, one of Europe's most significant edtech venture capital funds, Brighteye Ventures, invested in us. Additionally, Czechcrunch nominated us among the 20 most interesting young or fast-growing companies in their Startup Awards competition this year.

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

You'll get the chance to experience what it's like to build an entire market from A to Z - you'll be responsible for marketing, legal and recruitment alongside the day-to-day running of the business. If you aspire to one day run your own business or manage a large department, Adam is the place for you.

We are a small team, led by two founders. Our founders previously built a team of over 100 people at Bolt, one of Europe's largest and fastest growing tech companies. We are more than willing to share our experience with you! In return, we expect an energetic demeanor, hard work and a willingness to continuously learn.

Your work includes:

• You help to build the team!

• You support all of Adam's business processes

• You help us to react quickly to market trends - we need to move with the trends and be able to process an ever-growing number of orders quickly

• Development and implementation of new expansion strategies within Germany and Austria

• Communication with customers and partners

• Continuous improvement of the product according to Adam's value proposition

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken German and English (Full Professional Proficiency). Other languages are an advantage but not a must

• Excellent communication skills

• A data-driven analytical mindset

• A hustler who doesn't stop giving it their all after 20 obstacles a day

• Degree and no more than 2 years of work experience (relevant experience is a plus but not a must)
